AESTHER EKME offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that all signature dust bags and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original box with all protective fillers and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
